Real-world asset tokenization

First light on real assets.

SINAG turns real assets into digital tokens — land, homes, condos, hotels, offices, memorial parks, even cruise ships. You bring it, we check it, tokenize it, and help you sell it.

Built or still raw land — both can be listed after vetting.

01 — The platform

Four things we do, and nothing else.

01
Verify

Experts check title, ownership, value and condition.

02
Structure

We set up the legal entity before tokenizing.

03
Tokenize

The asset becomes one contract on Robinhood Chain.

04
Distribute

We bring the buyers and run the sale.

You keep your building. You keep running it. We check it, put it on-chain, and bring the buyers.

02 — What can be tokenizedAny jurisdiction we can verify in

Bring us something real.

Anyone, anywhere can apply. What matters: real papers and real income.

Anything titledA-11

Warehouses, farmland, marinas, infrastructure. If it has a title, a valuation and a cash flow, submit it.

Case by case

Land rules differ by country. Where foreigners cannot own land, the token covers the buildings and the lease — not the land itself.

03 — VettingMost submissions do not pass

Not anyone can list.

Every asset passes five checks before it goes on-chain. Fail one, and we tell you why in writing.

01
Legal title

We check the registry title against the owner’s claim, liens included.

Local counsel
02
Owner identity

We verify who really owns and controls the asset.

Compliance
03
Independent valuation

A licensed appraiser sets the value — the report is always published.

Third-party appraiser
04
Physical condition

An engineer inspects the building and its financial history.

Engineer / surveyor
05
Jurisdiction rules

Ownership rules are settled first, then written into the contract.

Counsel + protocol

A tokenized bad asset is still a bad asset. The gate is the product.

04 — Distribution

Tokenizing is the easy half.

Most platforms stop once the token exists. Then nobody buys it. We stay for the selling.

For condos, hotels and developers: we prepare the materials, bring the buyers, and run the sale from start to finish.

01
Offering materials

The document pack and valuation, explained in plain terms.

02
Buyer network

Presented to buyers across our network, matched to fit.

03
Sale process

Eligibility, subscription, and settlement on Robinhood Chain.

04
Ongoing reporting

Regular statements and updates for holders.

05 — Robinhood Chain

Issued on a chain built for real-world assets.

Robinhood Chain is built for real-world assets and settles back to Ethereum. The security model is one people already trust.

Everything standard works: normal wallets, proven contracts, low fees.

Each asset is one contract with its papers and rules attached. If local law limits who can own a piece, the contract enforces that limit automatically.

06 — Questions

The ones worth asking.

Three things. We check that an asset is real, we tokenize it on Robinhood Chain, and we help the owner sell it. We do not hold the asset and we do not run it.

No. Every asset passes five checks first: title, owner identity, independent valuation, physical condition, and local ownership rules. Fail one, and the submission is declined in writing.

Any country where we can verify the title in a public registry and legally form the holding structure. The paperwork decides, not the postcode.

Outside experts, not us. Local lawyers check the title. Independent appraisers set the value. Engineers inspect the building. Every report is published in full.

We prepare the sale materials, show the asset to buyers in our network, and run the sale to the end. For most condos and hotels, this is the part they actually need.

It is a chain built for real-world assets, backed by Ethereum’s security. Standard wallets work, fees are low, and the tooling is proven. SINAG is not affiliated with Robinhood; we build on the network like any other developer.

No. The platform is pre-launch. When the first asset is ready, its documents are published before anything is offered.

07 — Submit an asset

Tell us what you own.

Tell us the asset, the country, and what papers you have. We always reply.

Submitting an asset is not an agreement to list it, and nothing here is an offer to sell securities.
